As the General Manager of a major New Zealand agribusiness Sue challenged conventional industry and business wisdom and transformed a traditional rural service business into a dynamic, leading edge, customer experience driven organisation that is still recognised as being world class.

Sue was directly credited with master-minding innovative strategies and leading a team that more than doubled the revenues of that Top 200 New Zealand company. In just 5 years they took revenues from a stagnant $32 million to over $80 million. Her simple but powerful philosophy based simply on “Daring to be Different”, finding ways to stand out from the crowd in a world of sameness. By constantly asking “how can we do things differently and better?” this inspired team achieved results many just dream of and best of all they loved what they did – and it showed!
